Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is the highest governing body of Daryeel Bulsho, providing strategic direction, financial oversight, and policy guidance. The Board is composed of distinguished individuals with expertise in fields such as international development, humanitarian aid, public policy, and business. The Board is responsible for appointing the Chief Executive Officer and holding the organization accountable for its performance and impact.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
The CEO is responsible for the overall management and operations of Daryeel Bulsho. The CEO works closely with the Board of Directors to develop and implement the organization’s strategic plan, ensure the efficient use of resources, and foster a culture of excellence and innovation. The CEO also serves as the primary spokesperson and representative of the organization.

Senior Leadership Team
The Senior Leadership Team includes the CEO, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Program Officer, Chief Advocacy Officer, and other key department heads. This team is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, developing and implementing policies, managing programs and projects, and ensuring the organization’s goals are met.

Program Managers and Field Teams
Daryeel Bulsho’s programs are led by experienced Program Managers who work closely with dedicated field teams. These teams are responsible for the direct implementation of projects, fostering strong relationships with local communities, and continuously assessing and improving program effectiveness.
